Name: Astra Shirosaki

Age: 15

Personality: Tomboyish and outgoing. Astra is sometimes calm and gentle but can be as violent and uncontrollable as a tornado. She loves music and looking at the sky since, besides her friends, they calm her down. She tries to act like the big sister and protector of the group. If it comes to it, she will risk her life for them. Aqua/Kairi equivalent

Bio: When she was young, she lived with her two friends. Everytime that darkness fell on the world and her friends fell asleep, she would lie awake, making sure no harm came to her friends.

Name: Alexis Lane

Age: 13

Appearance: About 5'1 with blonde hair like Namine's and a few freckles. She usually has her hair in a ponytail, though. She's often wearing a band t-shirt (Superchick, Relient K, the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, ect.), thigh-length jean shorts, and white sneakers with little Heartless symbols instead of a company's symbol on the side. She's always wearing a lot of hand-made old string bracelets and a silver locket that has her two best friends' pictures in it.

Personality: Sweet and sort of shy. She can get cocky if she's nervous or irritated, though. She's usually pretty quiet, but is very protective of her friends. She's very outgoing and up for almost anything.The Kairi/Ventus character, RoxSox made me change it ;;

Bio: She grew up hearing of other worlds, and dreamed of travelling to them. For the longest time she was friends with another boy and girl. When they were younger, she made them good luck charms. They, too, wanted to go to other worlds. And so an adventure began...

Name: Aaron

Age: 16 (Almost 17)

Personality: Aaron, like his friends, has always dreamed to escape his home. Twilight Town was never enough for him.

Some may say his heart is weak, some say otherwise. But, he knows the truth... that he truly is weak.

But, he tries to hide it through a thick facade.

Bio: His parents aren't his own, because his biological family were murdered when he was very young. This haunts him to this day... and he's promised himself that he will never let anyone suffer as much as he, or his parents did.

Astra sat on top of the clocktower, her friends favorite place to be at the end of the day. She always got there early to watch all the colors of the sky. From blue to pink to orange to purple...

She sighed happily as she held the three bars of ice-cream for her friends. She pictured their smiles and laughed to herself.

"What did I ever do to deserve them?" she laughed.

She jumped as she heard footsteps grow close.

 

((Sea salt ice-cream? Very original ))

Alexis finally reached the top of the clocktower. "Ugh," She mutttered. "There are so darn many steps... what a workout. What are we, like, two hundred feet up?"

She sat down next to her friend Astra. "Ooh! Ice cream! Hell yes!" She grinned, and glanced back. "Aaron should be here soon..." Alexis sighed, staring at the sunset. "I don't suppose he brought popcorn and soda?"

Hands in his pockets, Aaron stepped onto the balcony, walking foward and sitting beside Astra.

"Hey," he said with his usual emotionless tone.

He cherished his friends, they were his only escape from an otherwise horrible life.

His legs hung over the ledge, causing him to glance down...

"I never really realized how high up this is..." he mumbled with a groan... heights weren't exactly his thing.

He shook it off and looked to the horizon line... he could see the ocean from here... another thing that he never fully appreciated.

((FAIL))

Astra ruffled Alexis' hair with her palm,"Don't eat too much, kiddo." she laughed and looked towards Aaron.

She let out a frown and sighed. Did he really have to have that face right now?

She handed an ice cream to Aaron and smiled. "Don't be such a killjoy!" she joked, elbowing his arm teasingly.

(( Kiddo? ))

 

Alexis knocked Astra's hand away, and laughed. "Cut it out, Astra." She glanced over at Aaron. "Well, gee, you never noticed?" She giggled, and then smiled. "Come on, relax! You look so... so depressed." Alexis paused for a second, and then grinned. "Hey, I've got an idea! Astra, Aaron, c'mon!"

Aaron grasped the ice-cream stick, licking the ice cream slowly so he could savor the flavor.

"Alexis, your ideas always get us into trouble..." Aaron told her with a very faint smirk. A rare trait when it comes to Aaron...

"...and I love it. What have you got in mind?"

He pressed his free hand to the ledge and rose to his feet. Brushing a bit of dirt off his pant leg that had come froma crumbling brick.

Astra laughed as she stood. "Wow, Aaron! Didn't think you could smile! I just thought you lips were stuck in a permanent frown!" She was surprised to see Aaron so enthusiastic about her idea. "I still have to come home tonight so don't get me killed, deal?" She walked towards Alexis and placed a hand on her head. "Where is it exactly?"

Alexis grinned. "It's a secret!" She finished her ice cream bar, and tossed the stick over the ledge. By pure luck it flipped onto someone's head. She laughed, and yanked Astra and Aaron to their feet. "You'll have to find out," She winked. "It's not too far..." She started towards the stairwell. "Hey! I'll race you two there!"

Astra stopped and crossed her arms. She made a serious face as she grabbed Alexis' shoulder.

"Alexis! Apologize." Astra and Alexis looked at each other in silence for a moment before Astra's frown transformed into a grin. She burst out laughing and said, "Just kidding!" She took this oppertunity to get a head start on their little competition.

Alexis blinked in confusion. Apologize for throing her ice cream bar stick on that person's head? But... WHY? It had been pretty funny. Astra smirked and took off. Alexis's jaw dropped. "Hey!" She yelled, her cheeks flushing in fury. "Astra! You're cheating! There are no head starts! No fair!" She stomped her foot, and then glanced back at Aaron. "Well, come on, slowpoke! Do you want to be left behind? Let's go catch up with Astra!" Alexis spun on her heel and started to run.

Aaron shook his head negatively...

"I don't want to race, really." he said, returning to his typical form of negativity.

"It's not my thing..."

He shoved his hands back into his pockets, and started to walk down the staircase.

Aaron had to much on his mind today to really get in to anything playful. Regardless of what they say... Aaron didn't believe that they wanted to get off of this world as much as he does... They always moved on, playing their games... never keeping their minds on one thing. But he still loved them both. Just, did they really understand how much this meant to him?

Every day, new worlds and new places haunted his waking hours. And he could no longer stand it. He had to get away...

Appearance: Astra has short black hair like Aqua's, blue eyes, a blue hoodie, and black pants. She also wears two red X-crossing belts like Sora's, black fingerless gloves, and chains on her pants' pockets. She wears white shoes with blue laces and a black star on the side

 

Astra noticed Aaron lagging behind. She stopped and waited for him, letting Alexis go ahead. When Aaron caught up, she waved a hand in his face. He looked like he was in a daze.. Thinking about something...

"You alright..?" She asked with a concerned expression.

Alexis paused for a second, glancing over her shoulder. There was no sound of anyone following her. Where were Astra and Aaron? Surely she hadn't outrun them THAT fast? She turned, squinting back up the winding staircase. Astra's voice echoed through the stairwell. "You alright? They didn't want to come or something. Alexis frowned and started back up the stairs. "What's wrong?"

Apppearance:

Short brown hair styled kind of like Hayners.

Greyish eyes.

Facial shape is kind of like KH2 Riku.

Sleeveless black undershirt.

Black neckless with a pendant that has a red diamond.

Black and red wristband.

Black Cargo pants with multiple pockets lining the sides.

Black shoes with red streaks down the sides.

Aaron snapped out of his temporary daze...

"Yeah, yeah I'm okay." he lied, as he kept walking.

"Sorry guys, but I think I'll go home. Not really feeling well today..."

He was the first to leave the station, and head into the tunnels.

Astra opened her mouth to speak but she honestly had nothing to say.

She looked down and said, "Uhm, I..kinda don't feel the enthusiasm anymore Alexis...You wanna go home or do you have your heart set to go?" Astra looked at her friend with a faint smile.

Alexis's face fell. Why were they both so upset? She pursed her lips, and hesitated. "I really want to show you guys," She admitted. "But if we can't go.." She sighed, and looked back up at Aaron and Astra. "What's going on with you two?" Alexis fingered her locket, which shimmered faintly. "You're acting like something is wrong..." She sighed. "Are you not telling me something?"

Astra looked away and hesitated. "Uh..well..." she stammered. Astra wasn't te type of person to leave her friends in that state..She turned and gave Lexi the most pathetic excuse for a smile.

"I-it's alright! I changed my mind," she put her hand on her shoulder and kneeled down to face her, "I'll go with you."

Aaron was almost home by this time, a small apartment in the Back Alleys.

Walking through the front door, he ignored his adopted family and went to his room, lying in his bed, staring at the ceiling.

How COULD he possibly escape his fate on this world? It' was a question that he couldn't answer.

But... there was someone that could.

Alexis frowned. "But Aaron's already left..." She sighed, squinting down the staircase. She couldn't hear the sound of his footsteps anymore, or the echo of breathing. Her face fell, and she glanced back at Astra. "Something's been up with Aaron lately.." She murmered. "I mean, usually he's pretty distant, but never like this. It's like he's in his own little bubble now. And the bubble isn't pink and sparkly with 'Alexis' in block letters across the top anymore... Oh!" Alexis added quickly. "And Astra. In tinier letters. At the bottom." She waved her hand. "But, you know whatever... Aaron HAS to be there. You won't believe what I found.." She lowered her voice to a whisper.

After Aaron had left, the tension sort of cleared. It felt as if weights fell off her shoulders. She turned back to Alexis and was taken aback by her comments. Astra couldn't help but laugh at her friend's remarks. "Hahaha yeah, all hail Alexis, huh? He has been acting different lately but...that's Aaron for you in a nutshell...He's probably just thinking about something..." She looked at Alexis and raised an eyebrow. "What did you find..? Tell me..." She looked at her, worry covering her face, "Is it bad..?.."

Aaron walked out into the hallway, opening a hatch in the roof and crawling up the ladder that fell down.

He climbed up it, and found himself on the roof of his building.

Walking towards the edge, he stroked his necklace. Wondering why he had to be stuck here, seemingly forever.

 

A sudden voice from behind him sent a chill down his spine...

 

"This world is just to small."

 

Aaron spun around, heartbeat kicking in.

There stood a man, about the same height as Aaron... he wore a black, longsleeve shirt that held skintight, exaggerating his well toned muscles. And a pair of Black pants similar to Aaron's, and black combat boots. In his right hand, he held a weapon of some sort. It was shaped like a sword... but with an extra blade near the top on one side.

"Who are you?" Aaron asked firmly, expecting a speedy answer.

"My name is Kusatte..." replied the man in a elegant tone of voice.

Aaron remained at a distance from him, just to be cautious.

Alexis shook her head, and her eyes lit up. "No, it's not BAD. It's just what we've been looking for, Astra!" She waved her arms in excitement. She frowned slightly, and lowered her arms. "But I can't tell you just yet." Alexis grinned, and started down the staircase. "Well, after sprinting down a staircase this long and high above the ground, there's no way we'll ever be able to run again, but let's get to Aaron's!" She flashed a smile and grabbed Astra's hand, pulling her down the stairs with her. "Come on, Astra!"
