Did you just download it today? Like are you new to the game?

Or

Have you been playing it a lot, but it loads slow?

It doesn't load, i just downloaded it, i did that few months ago and got the same, thought if i waited for a patch might fix it...

Hmm, well, I've stumbled upon this black screen problem only once or twice, and it was because of either slow internet connection, or the game was acting up. In your case, it may be that the game is acting up on you, or maybe the game doesn't work that well on your Xiaomi Redmi?

Does Xiaomi Redmi has an Android system. If yes, what type an Android system it has?

Of what Transcendent Key say,s the game is acting up or it doesn't work well on your device.

If you download it for the first time, it should do it's downloading process which takes a while, depending on your internet connection, then you're ready to play it.

But if you already download it and been playing it, it may load up slow sometimes when you're logging in or during you playing it.
