Yeah people this is real I just got this recommended on my Youtube list and I think it's funny

I remember seeing an ad about this game in the past, but I never actually found a copy of the game itself.

Can confirm this game's existence. I used to run into it and check out the box-art for the game case a lot back when I used to rent games at Blockbuster. I was never really motivated to pick it up back then, but I sure want to now.

Oh my God, I remember this game! My best friend/soul brother Jonathan used to have it!  Or wait, I think he still has it!  But anyways, I remember him playing through a level of this game, and I remember that when he beat the level, he got a rating for his performance!  So when I clicked on this thread and saw this video, I immediately knew that this was the game from way back when!

 

Pretty cool that Jack had a spotlight in the video game industry with his very own game!

I have a copy of this game and managed to beat a couple of levels. Kind of wish this would get an HD release for a future console. I love how the movie's songs were revamped with the same music but new lyrics while still being paid respect.

 

A bit of trivia is that Chris Sarandon not only reprised his role as Jack's speaking voice but he also sang this time around. Danny Elfman was Jack's singing voice in the movie and I think Chris really pulled it off.
