Recently I've attempted to troll someone IRL.

 

For those of you wondering I don't troll innocents, only the assholes that deserve it. As my friend puts it...

 

"Pretend that a tower is being built. All ya need to built a tower are planks, screws, and metal beams. Pretend that screws are the people of the internet. As the tower is being built, there are bad screws. These screws are rusted and poorly implemented, and can cause the tower to collapse. What trolls do is to remove these bad screws and keep the tower standing. If they weren't here the tower would keeping building up without supervision, and the tower would eventually collapse because of lack of support. "

This one guy is a year older than me and he is generally the douchebag of the school. He is sorta like this emoish person or something. I really don't know but it comes close.

 

Basically he is a perfect target, he fails almost all his test so I can easily outwit him. And he trys to pull off this whole tough guy thing. He is most likely a giant softy on the inside though. He made multiple threats to injure/kill me and hasn't even shown the intention of doing those things yet which supports my theory.

 

There's also this rumor he does drugs and he also claims to do them as well. I don't know if this is true or not as he is the type of person who would think lying about doing drugs would make him look cooler (when in reality it makes him look like a bigger douchebag then usual).

 

He also calls me the name of another person for some reason. He claims that we look nearly alike and act alike but I don't see any resemblance between this kid in I. A way I like to piss him off is to completely ignore him when he uses the other persons name. I don't even look at him and he gets pretty desperate for my attention making him an attention whore as well.

 

So far I have done the following to annoy him,

 

He likes heavy metal a lot. What is the opposite of heavy metal? Jpop, I hum the lucky star theme EXTREMELY loudly whenever I see him. Thanks to recent videos posted on this site, that horrible theme is burned into my mind, I might as well make use of it, and I did He doesn't even know where its from let alone ever heard it before and he HATES it. Maybe I should create a few false e-mail accounts that at a glance look like his friends (the few that he actually has since he's been losing about 5 friends a year do to his gentlemanry).

 

I try to stay polite and kind while he tries to intimidate me. It works well and I lol. The nicer I am, the more furious he becomes, he got in trouble for talking very loudly with a teacher of mine and got sent to the principle. I was literally rolling on the floor laughing for a good 30 seconds. I don't try to insult him often and often give him sarcastic comments. For example, when his fly was open I said "I like the way you wear your fly, I can clearly see the piss in your underwear, keep it up, I like your style." He raged, made a few death threats, and I loled after he left.

 

What should I do to him next?

Lol. I troll IRL all of the time. Just find out things that get to him, and exploit them to their full extent.

 

You don't want him to get homicidal though, so don't do it too often .

 

There is this thing we do at my school, when someone leaves their bag to go somewhere, we take all of the books out of their bag, flip the bag inside out, put the books back in, zip it up, and toss it in a trash can. Maybe you and some friends can try that on him

I walked up to a girl wearing a SHITLOAD of makeup (really, way too much) and said "Oh, you got a job as a clown? Cool, just curious, how much does it pay?"

 

She flipped me off

theres one girl though, who i abseloutely hate (for reasons i won't go into right now), and i sort of do because she knows i don't like her at all. she always just kicks me in the shin really weakly, and she does the same to her boy friend and people who are nice to her, which is werid.

Oh he already did. He threatened to start shooting up the school about two years ago. He got suspended for a month because of it. He never actually did anything which only shows he is a giant pussy.

Geesh, this guy is a walking timebomb lol.

I agree, he also contains an epic amount of potential lulz. It's a shame he doesn't go on any sites except facebook and youtube (not registered).

don't troll IRL no matter how douchey the person is. trolling IRL=Bullying and bullying causes emotional scars as well as resentment and anger that one day can and will boil over and result in harm being done to the bully/bullied/other "innocent" people

This guy has emotionally scared so many people. He is possibly one of the biggest asses on this planet. Letting him continue is ways will only make things worse. Sadly, a few other people and myself are the only ones willing to do anything about it.

 

If you met this guy in person you would realize how big of a dick he is. He's already threatened dozens of people with aggression but never had the guts to do it. Once the world sees his soft spot he won't be an ass anymore.

 

Besides, trolling isn't bullying. Bullying is when you bother people because you are emotionally insecure and need to fill a void inside you, much like my subject. Trolling is done for the lulz and occasionally to bring good. For example, by trolling this guy IRL i get lulz and help change is ways for the good.

I kind of troll a guy IRL, he's in my Spanish class at college and I say things to him for the lulz and his reaction. He thinks he's a hot shot and can get any girl he wants and he always stares at me in class and I look at him like if he has a problem and just stare back and then the other days I just completely ignore him and then a few days later talk to him again, he is seriously confused when I do this and I find it hilarious and he gets really irritated when he can't figure it out and sometimes I pretend like he's not even there. I'm probably not trolling right, but eh it feels like it is to me and plus I just started college not too long ago so I don't know the guy well. Oh and I go along with letting him think he is getting closer to me and can "get in my pants" but then I back off. I don't like the guy at all, I just want him to know he's not cute and he can't go on forever doing that. I'm not doing this to make anyone feel bad.

I trolled my crappy English teacher last year. She'd be all like "OMG NO DRINKS/FOOD/LIVESTOCK IN CLASS" and I'd immediately take out some soda or something.

Before all my problems started I used to troll IRL 2 people at school just because they were being mean to me. Afterwards they gained up on me and since that time, I realized that you shouldn't troll people. Maybe the guy should be trolled for his own good and maybe he deserves it for being such a douchebag but it's still not nice. Even if he says he's going to do something and doesn't do it, eventually he'll have the guts to do it, which will probably happen when he gets "pushed over the edge". We should be setting a good example no matter how hard it is. Maybe you should talk to him and get to know him. Maybe you should ask him why he does those things.

I think name calling is a very weak way to get your point across, my insults aren't really offensive and a normal person might consider them as a joke. Basically he is the one trying to be as offensive as possible while I play nicely.

I know it's not nice. But it is the only possible way I can get him to stop. Trust me, he's a giant softie. And even if he did try to physically harm me, I have a black-belt in karate that I've been itching to use for a long time...

 

I talked with him and I do in fact know him along with dozens of other people. He is the real life equivalent of an internet tough guy. Someone who tries to be cool yet fails in doing so but is so delusional they think its working. Someone who fails about half his classes. Someone who tries to push people around to cover up his soft spot.

 

I did ask him what made him an ass once, he replied "I was a kind person before I knew you." This is complete bullcrap because I only have known him for a few months and everyone who used to be his friend many years ago always remembers him as an ass.

 

I don't go too far, most of my insults are beyond is comprehension. My annoying tactics are what shows his true colors, I leave the insults to other people that are in his grade. I remind them to play nice so this doesn't terribly backfire.

Well if you know what you're doing...Still, if he is a softie you should go more in depth with talking to him. When he said "I was a kind person before I met you." you should have asked "Why do you say that?" If he said something like, "because you're mean," ask him "why do you think that?" Just keep asking the "why" questions and if he is a true softie then he'll crack. Something bad must of happened to him. That's why most bullies are...well...bullies. They feel beaten up from life so they decide to take it out on others instead of themselves; that's the only thing that makes them feel good.
