Didn't see a thread for this, so I'm making one. The only objective I'm not getting is No.15: Ice Breaker. Says to freeze at least 5 heartless and shatter 5 of them. Worded a little weird, but seems straightforward nonetheless. What am I doing wrong? Anyone else have this issue? I don't get it.

You have to freeze 5 Heartless simultaneously and then break them. Best way is to search for a large group of Shadows, freeze them and then use Shotlock.

Two of the 3 floating rocks have a part of a star pattern on them (the glowing pattern). You need to stop the rocks at the right time, so the full star gets visible.
