I have recently bought a Kingdom Hearts 3 Sora figure from a local convention, but I am unable to put his keyblade in his hand that was made to grip it. I've placed the blasters in both blaster hands, but I am unable to actually put the keyblade in properly. The instructions in the box were absolutely vague and no help at all. So, if someone would be kind enough, could you tell me of a way I can place the keyblade in Sora's hand, preferably without tearing his thumb off.

I got a bit of trouble myself. As far as i'm corcerned, I used my 3DSXL stylus.

You know, you slide the stylus in the hand, this will open it a bit more, then I waited a bit, remove the stylus and quickly put the Keyblade.

The Play Art Kai Kingdom Hearts can be quite troublesome. I think I got the same issue with the Play Art Kai Sora Limit form. Fortunately, nothing broke.

Hope you can solve the problem. I don't think I'll ever remove the Keyblade from his hand tho. :P
