It's so that they can be a mystery. Just like the Mysterious Figure in BBS.

Cause they like the dark relm and that darkness hides their faces. Just my geuss

yeah, technically, if you were facing someone in an organization cloak, you could see their face, this can be proven in the cutscene at the beginning of days when roxas is receiving his name from xemnas, and also, if you look at the image of the 'talk box' of xion, if you look closely, you can depict two eyes

Well that cutscene of Roxas getting his name came from khfm2, so they could've covered it since that game was his first appearance( as in kh2)

i just mean in literal sense, unless the cloak or the person can actually produce a sort of dark veil, you should technically be able to look at them and see their face, however, like some people said, in the game they shroud it on purpose for mystery
