Hey there everyone, how's it going? So then, as you all know, today we were given the trailer for the upcoming second Season of Kingdom Hearts: Unchained X, titled Kingdom Hearts: Union X! Now then, the fact that Season 2 is already underway is an exciting prospect, and I can't wait to see what new story we get out of this new season!  What I'm curious about this though, is when will we international players get to experience Union X?

Japan already got started from what I can tell with the story updates that came for the Japanese version of the game, but international players like us are still in the late 500's missions! We're getting closer to 600, but we're still a ways to go before we reach where Japan is currently at!

Personally, I predict we'll get to Union X by September or October, given the current layout of just 15 story quests per month! But with multiplayer coming to the international version in April, I'm confused as to whether we'll get to Union X earlier than we think!

What do you all think?

Update 1:00 p.m.: Square Enix has confirmed Kingdom Hearts: Union χ for release in the west. The free update will arrive in April with a new “Union Cross” multiplayer mode and more ways to customize the player’s avatar.

Here’s an overview, via Square Enix:

With
Kingdom Hearts: Union χ
, players can create teams of six from their party members or through a matchmaking feature to fight hordes of Heartless enemies and powerful bosses. Players can also take on quests of increasing difficulty as well as unique new missions. To help these teams of friends communicate with each other, the game will now include emotes and text bubbles. Players will encounter both familiar and new faces as the story of the Unions continues to unfold, and the new “Theater Mode” will allow players to relive the drama and rewatch cutscenes.

I'm guessing this also means that we will be getting the remaining Unchained quests by the end of this month. If not, then we'll be getting most of the with the update ~ hopefully.
