How to Redeem Marvel Movie Digital Copies

How do you redeem a Marvel Studios movie's Digital Copy? Unlike other disney movies (including Lucasfilm movies) entering a Marvel Blu ray or 3D Blu ray Disney Movie Rewards Code does not  give you access to the movie's Digital Copy. If anyone could please help me out with this it would be gratefully appreciated :)

    I would hurry up. I dont know about the US but in germany the programm is only going to continue until  31.7.17

    I once bought the Muppets movie other than that there isnt much that interests me
