Shouldn't Roxas look like Sora and Ventus?

I mean they share the same heart but he only looks like Ven so shouldn't he also have Sora details in him?

    It's possible that I am misperceiving this but subtle as it is, I could swear that Roxas's bangs are more reminiscent of Sora's hair style than Ventus's (and that he has a shorter fohawk than Ventus).

     

    Regardless, the balance lies within Roxas's somebody memories and most of his powers being Sora's not Ventus's. 

     

    I do wonder, however, why he doesn't have the Wayward Wind when he double wields.
