My iPad won't run 60fps on my YouTube app, for some reason. I know I sent this out on a recent status update, but nobody replied, so I had to share it here. This Splatoon video is supposed to be 60fps, but YouTube won't do it.

Does anybody know what's wrong?

That’s odd, I can watch videos at 60fps on the app. Is your app on the latest version?

No. I tried to update it.

Maybe I could try again.

Update: It's updated, but....still no 60fps. : (

That’s odd... maybe it’s your internet connection? Or a compatibility issue? I had a second generation iPad that wouldn’t play 60fps. I got an iPad Air 2 now, and it plays it just fine when my internet’s good.

Did it played 60fps before?

Which ipad do you have? Some older ipads dont support 60 fps.

Also check if you're app is updated.

iPad Mini. It used to support 60fps, but it stopped over a month ago or so.

Btw, it's updated.
