I was watching the secret ending to bbs cuz I realised I never actually watched it in english (and I'm too lazy to unlock it lol) and I noticed something Ansem said. He says when Sora was asleep he put his research in him or something along those lines. Does anyone know what he's referring to or is it still a mystery?

yh thats still a mystery, i think they announce it in a new KH game :D

no, i think its the stuff inside the journal that coded is about

When Sora was sleeping under Ansem the Wise's watch, he decided to transplant data from his research into Sora, because 1. He wanted his research to be remembered and 2. Because if anyone can put his data to good use it would be Sora. That's what I understood from what he was saying to Aqua.

What that data is, we do not know yet

The exact contents of the data is unknown, but we do know that Ansem placed it within Sora to make things up to him.

That's what I thought he was saying, I just wasn't sure what the data was but now I know it's still a mystery.
