Apple Pie as Aqua?

So, I was playing BBS, trying to "level up" my Pete D-Link in Neverland, when I came across some Prize Pots, and soon after, I acquired Pete's second ability, Steal. As I was bashing on the Prize Pots, I got the regular flavors (Mermaid Fizz, Dancing Lemon, etc.), but due to Pete's Steal ability, I also got 2 Apple Pies. Could this be a glitch?

    You randomly have a chance of getting it if Captain Justice or Captain Dark appears on the Command Board
