Refresh my memory: how do I earn moon gems? Is the monthly expert gem quest the only way?

    Moon Gem Challenge is one way, Coliseum Side-Quest: Moon Gem Cup is another, and reaching Tier 15 in PvE (Coliseum) is also another way.
