I will examine your Zombie Survival Plans

Posted

I am a Zombie Survival expert. What makes me quailify as one? Well I've read The Zombie Survival guide cover to cover about 20 times as well as World War Z. I have also seen almost all the good zombie movie in existence.

Every time a Zombie Apocalypse plan thread comes out I see some good plans, but the majority of them suck terribly.

So post yours and I will help you survive the worst catastrophe humans can ever face!

I will acess it based on

Realism- Can you actually do this?

Estimated Survival time- Good plans will last people for years, bad ones will last them for an hour or two.

And a few other variables that come and go with each plan.

Be sure to include

Who/ What you will bring with you

Where you plan on going (if you plan to at all)

Your basic location (state/ region/ etc)

And everything else that you need to survive a WORLD WIDE zombie outbreak.

Who/ What you will bring with you: A U-Haul with my room inside & someone who is capable of cutting my far-too-quickly-growing bangs

Where you plan on going (if you plan to at all): The earth's core. Away from the t-rex, though.

Your basic location (state/ region/ etc): Hell. (Virginia, USA, but it might as well be called that.)

And everything else that you need to survive a WORLD WIDE zombie outbreak.: Stuff I need to survive a world wide zombie outbreak.

Lets see, I'll take the time to learn how to use any and all effected weapons against a zombie, such as shotguns, flamethrowers, etc. Hopefully I can break into Area 51 and possibly encounter some high tech alien based weapons, but that is unlikely. I will carry my sword along with me just in case I need to use some close combat, but hopefully that won't be necessary, I would prefer that a zombie not get that close to me. Hopefully I can shelter inside a Walmart or Gun Depot of sorts to store up on supplies, and then bring along my friend Maverik, he'd be good at handling at this kind of stuff. Also, I might try to get Chuck Norris, Sylvester Stalone, and all the other actors that effectively make themselves look like bad asses, but that is quite unlikely. As to where I will be located, it might be interesting as to how zombies would deal with the cold temperatures of Alaska, but we shall see (I would prefer not to have to though, a zombie attack wouldn't be so fun).

Hopefully if I can at least learn how to use a weapon effectively, as well as survival tactics, if so, then it should be a little less difficult.

How on earth would you obtain an U-haul? Even if you did, how would you remove your room from your house? And even if you some how did that, what would happen when you run out of fuel?

Your best chance of getting to the Earth's Core is a massive drill located in Russia. Good luck getting there in a U- Haul.

Virginia is somewhat safe. You can hide in the mountains until you can figure out another location.

As for supplies I think a few rifles and close combat weapons should suffice. As well as food of course.

It's good that you are willing to learn how to use weapons. But you should learn NOW. A zombie outbreak may be already happening in Iran where the media is censored or in the backwoods of Alabama. Training should be done before the outbreak so you are ready.

How far are you from Area 51? If it is not walking distance (and by that I mean it takes at most 1 week to get there by foot) then don't bother. Plus the remaining government located in A51 would probably shoot you as they will become very paranoid.

Don't go into a Wal-mart (or any large store/mall) or gunstore. Hundreds of people will get the same idea. By the time you get there supplies will all be gone and you just wasted valuable time. If you do get there with enough supplies, other people will be approaching as well. People who are willing to kill other humans for what they need. And people who will make lots of noise and attract the zombies.

Alaska would be a good place to go but keep in mind that is not the only cold place you can get to. If you are closer to Alaska then go there. But if not simply head to Northern canada which is as harsh as or harsher than alaska.

However the main problem with going North is food. Do you know how to hunt and fish in artic climates. If so, then go North. If not, you will simply be choosing to starve to death or to be eaten by zombies.

But Northern areas are very good. Because of the Zombies freezing where they stand. Security can sometimes be tossed out the window allowing you to focus all your energy on survival.

i would have the flood

Outrun the rest of you.

no i would go to my uncles house and get some of his sub machine guns closest house to mine and get a car go to closest millatary base splinter cell my way through all people and still working on what i do next

Time to figure out how to do all this stuff then that is more complicated than staying away from a Walmart xD

i think this is a stupid thing and i think i would become a zombie in the first day

Read the Zombie Survival guide by Max Brooks and come up with a new plan based off of that.

Fine with me. Less survivors means less people that my colony of survivors will need to rescue.

My grandpa works for U-Haul, so there's usually one parked in our driveway. I would force my brothers to throw everything in a bunch of boxes, and I'd re-set up my room in the back of the U-Haul. I wouldn't run out of fuel. I'd throw my brothers in the furnace whichIwillsomehowmakeexist. More food for me.

Abandoned mine shaft in some country I can't remember the name of that leads to the paradise of the Earth's core. Duh.

Virginia is hell on earth.

But black-belts are cooler. D: And with my daddy coming, we've got a Beretta (why he uses it for concealed carry, I'll never understand. It's complicated in comparison to other handguns) and a 45-cal xD (that's the name of the gun, not one of my precious smiley faces). I'll also never understand how I can find bullets in the cupholders of that truck. HA. IT'S GOT CUPHOLDERS. :'D
