So Yozora meets Sora in the final world and explicitly tells Sora that this isn’t what he truly looks like

And that he was told to “save” sora

After the battle Sora ends up in Quadratum. The master successfully splits Sora’s heart, and body across 2 different realities

keep in mind Young Luxu knows what is in the box and is surprised, he doesnt ask "what" but "why", and he has no knowledge of the future

If the master stated to Luxu that “Hope” lies within the box… and Sora is recognized by the characters in the game as the driving force of their hope

Then what’s in the box

Luxu can't know about Sora during that scene, at all.

The master says “hope”! And he lives long enough to learn about Sora.

Do you not see what I’m saying and piecing together at all.

The master didn’t say “Sora is in the box”
