Simply having more space battles would do it for me, although more customisation is nice too. 

I'd be ok with gummi additions in the DLC, as long as extra content for KH3's normal combat is the first priority.

The biggest thing for me would be the cost limit upgrade. Nothing's more frustrating than designing the perfect looking ship, and only having enough cost left over to put on a Fire-G or two, and then seeing the special blueprints at like 4 times your cost limit.
