In the ending to Kingdom Hearts II Roxas who was inside Sora appears when Namine says "see we meet again like we promised", how could Roxas have heard her say that if he was inside Sora's Heart.

 

Also Ansem the Wise said "Roxas I dought you can hear me but I am sorry", so how could he have heard Namine if Ansem said he couldn't hear anything.

Just because Roxas is in Sora`s heart doesn`t mean he can`t hear what`s going on, and I think what Ansem the Wise ment was Roxas was to far away to hear him.

That wasn't in the secret ending, that was when they thought that they defeated Xemnas. She spoke to"the other side of Sora's heart" which of course is Roxas. She awakened that part of Sora. Namine in a way, is created by both Sora and kairi. So Roxas and namine are both connected to each other. Also, when Ansem the Wise said that he had thought that since Roxas had merged back with Sora. And what RoxasAndAxelFangirl said, just because he merged back with Sora doesn't mean he can't hear what people say. Just like when Sora defeated Demyx he said " anyone from the organization wants to be next?" that was Roxas speaking through Sora. And also when Sora was crying when he left Twilight Town when he met Hayner,Pence, and ollete. That was all part of Roxas's true feelings going through Sora.

Like I said, just because Roxas merged back with Sora doesn't mean that he can't hear anything. Roxas can still hear whatever Sora hears since they are a part of one-another.

The reason he could emerge like that was because Roxas never truly merged back with Sora until that point. He merely lay dormant within him. That's why after he emerged to speak to Namin

How could he hear Namine if he is in Sora's heart? Well Sora was standing right in front of Namine. You don't really good hearing for something that far away.

It's probably just me, but whenever I watch that scene where Namine says, "We meet again..." I can't help but think she's also talking to Sora from when they promised to see each other again at the end of CoM. But again, that's just me. ;w;

Xion is made out of Sora's memories. Roxas is Sora's body and soul (and Ven's heart, but that's not important right now). Basically, she means that they'll meet up again within Sora.

Xion isn't connected to Kairi or Namine. She's connected to Sora and Roxas. Roxas in TWTNW says "I see myself the way you remember me. And you see yourself the way I remember you." Long story short, Namine was referring to how they'll meet up again as Sora and Kairi.

It could've been because Roxas could only speak to Sora, Kairi, and Namine because he had a better relationship with them then Ansem The Wse
