Definitely Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith! In my opinion, Revenge of the Sith is the best Star Wars film in the entire franchise. 

Gotta go with The Empire Strikes Back. One of the greatest film sequels in history, IMO!

They all kind of just blend together for me so I voted for one I knew most people wouldn't vote for (The Force Awakens) just to go against the status quo.
