On the KH Wiki it says Master Xehanort was Leonard Nimoys last role before retiring. Is this true? if so, who would you want to voice him in later games, if he appears?

It is true, and likely they'll just find an actor who can make a convincing impression of the voice LM used for MX. Like how Ansem the Wise has only been voiced by Christopher Lee in half of his appearances.

Uhm, yes it is. He was asked to voice the role for KH:BbS. BbS is finished, it's done. If MX ever shows up again they'll have to find another actor.

Bummer... His voice was badass...

Well the common belief is that Master Xehanort will be revived in Terra's body, so chances are that MX won't even appear as an old man and so they won't need his voice actor.

Yeah, that was Nimoy's last role before retiring, but if they can find a replacement for Wayne Allwine and Christopher Lee, they can do the same for Nimoy.

Maybe they could get Frank Oz, but I still hope Nimoy will come back

Imo, Nimoy didn't really fit the role. Something was missing that just didn't give MX that true badass feel.

Two things I noticed. He seemed to rush through the dialog where there should be pauses and his voice had next to no emotion in it.

But still, he had a different voice than most evil guys I'v ever seen. Most have the silky-smooth voice that makes you wanna listen to them for hours. Nimoy gets you back into the game with his old-guy voice
