Posted November 23, 201014 yr Square doesn't get any credit for the it. At all. When looking at the copyright, it's only to Disney! I just got the Heartless keyring today, and it says Disney ALL OVER IT. Square didn't get an ounce of credit anywhere. Not on the packaging, nor on the keyring itself. The only recognition it gets is in the logo, but that's always been there! I just think that it's unfair that Disney gets all of the credit for merchandise from a game that is only partly theirs. (And a very small part at that, seeing as how Disney doesn't MAKE the game, but only contributes its characters and worlds.) >=(
November 23, 201014 yr you right that does suck i wonder what would happen if Square were to "disconnect" from disney. Maybe disney would lose most of it's money and blah blah blah
November 23, 201014 yr I think Disney owns a bigger portion of kh than Square Enix. All the kh made characters belong to them.

November 23, 201014 yr Well I have a keychain from a store that's kingdom hearts, it has disney in big letters. But square also sells it's own keychains. So it's all good. Just disneys is less money. Since they sell it in the states.
November 23, 201014 yr I think Disney owns a bigger portion of kh than Square Enix. All the kh made characters belong to them. He's right, Disney owns most of the portion of KH than Square-Enix. Seeing as there are more Disney worlds and characters than KH and Final Fantasy characters. Plus, Square-Enix asked Disney if they could use their Disney characters to make the game. So of course their going to have more credit. It's still a Disney game in that way.
November 23, 201014 yr Even if it is mostly owned by Disney I think Square-Exin should get at least some credit.
November 23, 201014 yr Author Thanks for the info you guys. I did not know that until you all told me. But I have to agree with this: Even if it is mostly owned by Disney I think Square-Exin should get at least some credit. It's not just Disney's game. It's Square's as well. And I really do think that Square should have more credit than Disney for KH, seeing as how Square was the one that MADE THE GAME, whereas Disney only provided some characters and worlds. But that's a whole different topic for a whole different thread.
November 23, 201014 yr dido with what the 2 before me said say what? "i agree" is what i meant It is spelt "ditto". Some other word popped in my head when i saw dido.
November 24, 201014 yr Thanks for the info you guys. I did not know that until you all told me. But I have to agree with this: Even if it is mostly owned by Disney I think Square-Exin should get at least some credit. True that. It's not just Disney's game. It's Square's as well. And I really do think that Square should have more credit than Disney for KH, seeing as how Square was the one that MADE THE GAME, whereas Disney only provided some characters and worlds. But that's a whole different topic for a whole different thread. True, Square-Enix did most of the work, while Disney only provided them with their Disney characters. It goes to show that Disney can be unfair sometimes .

November 24, 201014 yr While Disney may own most of the characters/worlds Kingdom Hearts is owned MOSTLY by Square Enix.
