So i have an problem. I startet the re mind game and saved the new game on my old save data... now i am level 40 on crit mode and have to fight against the datas ? the problem is if i get a hit by them i die xD... my question is can i level up? Or get my old save file... dont want to start the whole game from the beginin now. 

When loading your save file from the main menu (when you first boot the game up), press Square instead of X and that'll load you in the main game's world (free to explore/grind/etc.). I had a similar problem haha XD

I had a similar fear as you did. OniLink99999 just explained what to do. You can return to your main game by pushing square and all the progress you made will be transferred to your Data Battles, that includes levels and new items. Good luck.
