Well I got this theory from keyblader and this might actually happen. As he said"Exactly, Mind=Soul basically, after all, humans in this game are generally composed of three things: Body, Heart, & Soul".First we had the heartless as the first threat, the nobodies as the second threat, and we have seen events leading to the sentiments. In conclusion what I'm saying is that I believe the next threat to be sentiments or another way of saying creatures with nor heart and nor body, just their minds.Terra lost his heart and body to Xehanort to form Terranort,Vanitas's body(his body was made of Ventus's darkness)and soul became one again with Ventus, and the third one is an opinion considering BBS FM hasn't been released yet but Eraquas's heart went to Terra(unkown whereabouts for the body).Nomura has mentioned about the heartless and Nobody theory(Destroy the Heartless and the Nobody to bring back the Somebody),but he hasn't talk about the Sentiment(correct me if I am wrong). The endings of each FM leads to the next(KH FM to the nobodies which goes to KH 2 and KH 2 FM to the sentiments which might lead to KH3).

Well, I don't see how Sentiments are a threat. The only threat that is to come now is Xehanort's return. I'm not sure if KHBBS FM will lead to a hint a Kingdom hearts 3, we'll just have mto wait and see when we get our eyes on it next month. As for Eraqus, well, true his body did fade into a dust of light, so maybe somehow the MF is connected to Eraqus and could be Eraqus' nobody? As for the heartless, who knows what happened to it. For all we know Sora might have defeated his heartless, but I can't say for sure. And Nomura said that KH3D was going to have ties to KH3 and have an ending that's "shocking". But still, who knows about KH BBS FM secret ending.

The Lingering Sentiment and the Eraqus Sentiment are special cases.

I doubt that Sentiment's will become actual enemies, but the soul is a different thing.

Vanitas has something different. A Lingering Spirit. This can potentially become the new enemy, since we have no idea how it was created. I'm assuming that it had something to do with him literally dying, not having a Heartless or a Nobody. Since his heart went to Kingdom Hearts (supposedly), and his body was destroyed, the only thing left is his soul, which I think is the Lingering Spirit.

In short. Lingering Sentiment =/= Threat

I don't know about the Sentiment being a threat if they are however they'd be the fourth not the third

first was the Unversed

second was the Heartless

third was the Nobodies including Organization XIII.

so Sentiment would have to be the fourth.

He's talking about threats relating to a person (Heart, Body, Soul). So Unversed don't count.

However, it is highly doubtful that the Sentiments will be a threat, seeing as they are a special case, having only two known instances.

As for Vanitas Remnant, he wasn't a Sentiment in that sense. He was the remaining thoughts and feelings of Vanitas when he was destroyed, basicly the last of the Unversed threat. Sentiments are the person's mind.

And the soul goes with the body to create the Nobody, so even if they came up with a way to split them to create a new enemy, I doubt there would be enough instances of this split to create a threat. There are too many Nobodies to have a new soul-based enemy.

I meant the sentiments to be the next threat as being pawns of Xehanort, but it kinda is too early to think about. The only pawns I can think of Xehanort of using are the sentiments and the somebody monsters.

Vanitas's heart and body were made of Ventus's darkness and they went back to him in the end so he never went to kingdom hearts. The part were I might of screwed up on was Vanitas Remnant.

I don't see how the Sentiments would play a role in Master Xehanort's new plan. As for the "Sombodies" you are saying MX would use. Well, nobody is sure if we we see the other member's former selves in future KH games. But we'll just wait and see^^.

Wow, this is a first, never had someone make a thread off of a post I made...I think...Anyways, I hope what I said was correct, because if it wasn't then I'd feel stupid.

Ah but the Unversed are related to people. Vanitas takes the negative feelings of those around him (anyone anywhere in a given world not necessarily those he comes in contact with) and uses his own negativity to turn them into Unversed.

"Fledgling emotions given monster form" as people have called them.

Yes that is very true.

Vanitas does not turn the negative emotions of others into Unversed. He releases them into the different worlds, and they are drawn to those emotions, just the Heartless are drawn to hearts. Vanitas says himself that he "released them in all the worlds he could".
