There are four, Master Aqua, Master Eraqus, Master Xehanort and Master Yen Sid. The other keyblade wielders are not masters as they have not passed the exam.

Is he? I'm not sure, I'll have to look it up.

Mickey is a Keyblade Master, Nomura reveals that in a recent interview.

would not sora be considered a master, considering how he was called a master throughout the games? plus, he went through the deep dive and such, and im wondering if that has something to do with being a master.

Mickey is considered a master. Yen Sid was testing him during the events of BBS. So in the end of those events (which is seen in the credits) he became a keyblade master.
