For those girls with Latin blood, who has had or plans to have a quincenera?

For those who don't know what a quincenera is:

I had one lol.

It was fun.

Not the BEST night of my life but definitley one to remember. I still remember how everyone was stressed out and everything but it turned out okay.

I loved my dress. It was teal/blue. Turquoise actually haha.

It had a sparkly corset, poofy and short from the bottom like a tutu. I wore silver heels and my tiara was amazing owo

 

It's really fun when your friends go too lol

And when your dads' former Japanese boss(that is your friend) brings you imported Japanese wine 8D

Did your mom beg you to get a traditional pink dress like mine did?

I was like "hell naaww"

Originally, I wanted a teal dress but then I saw the silver one and I was like "THAT'S MY DRESS!"

I literally screamed that out in the store

I'm really excited for mine c:

I'm planning on having one.But nothing to big or to 'wow'.I'm not a fan of dresses.So I'm just planning on wearing a dress,maybe royal blue.Do a ceremony and stuff.Then change into pants and shirt since I want mine in a Bowling Ally with only my closest friends.

I'm not a fan of dresses either, but I've always loved ballgowns and big poofy dresses, so I'm going all out with my quince~

We're having the ceremony, and we're doing that thing where I have to give a doll up and they give me high heeled shoes.

We already have the place for the party booked, and it's so pretty *-*

Lol my mom didn't. She wasn't too big on dresses but I picked out a nice purple one for her owo

I, sadly, don't have Latin blood. So no Quince for me. But from what I've heard and read here, they sound AMAZING. ;__;

It'd be very special to have something like this. Becoming a young woman is special to us women now isn't it? It is for me, lol. But yeah, haha.

Sadly, I have to wait another year once it's February. I'm not to keen on dresses either..I'm more of a pants and tee shirt kind of girl. But I guess for once, it will be alright to wear one. Especially for something this special. <3

I'll probably want some type of blue, or lime green, or an orange dress.
