Ive been trying to get past this game for the last month, I recently got up to atlantica, and am trying to beat ursula, but i keep running out of cards no matter how many times I use max potions, any pointers?

Simple, don't use so many sleights. That way, you won't run out of cards so quickly.

i figure I loose more that way too, cause she usually breaks them or theyre not powerful enough.

Well, that's true too, I guess I could try to help as best I can.

 

Well, first, if you can't break an attack, you can always dodge it.

 

Also, do your best to take advantage of Friend cards. If you use them at the beginning of sleights, you won't loose any cards, but still have the advantage of a high Card # level.

 

If you want to, you can use a few sleights that don't involve friend cards at the beginning, but make sure you don't use to many, otherwise, you will end up, like you said, with absolutely no cards. Of course, if that happens, you should end up with a Pluto card appearing, in which case will cause Pluto to, most likely, dig up some of your lost cards. That all depends on how many Pluto Cards you use. I would recommend that you try to get 3 so you can make a sleight, and get lots of cards.

Or you could just look up a YouTube video on how to beat her. That's what I did with Riku.

another good reason as to why you keep ending up with no cards is that most of them might be the premium ones. The gold numbered cards. Those cards can only be used once unless you use certain potion cards. But even then they can still be used only once.

 

of course what I said doesn't count if your playing as Riku...

To answer your questions in order: It's just tentacles then her and repeat, I don't see better cards to use at this point, your card values are almost perfect for where you are in the game. But I guess chain 3 fire card spells to use against her face so you'll get massive damage if you're not doing that already and maybe chain the blizzards and thunders as well, look at your attack sleights for possible ones.Your deck is great, so I think you just need a different attack approach. That's all.

Defeat her tentacles first, then attack her. If you start running out of cards, then Pluto Cards start to float around. Pluto will help because one of his abilities is that he can dig up cards that you used. Also, don't use so many prinieum cards because they can only be used once.

Shes not really all that hard. And it seems that a lot of you forgot to tell him to use O cards. Just keep on using O cards and no matter what kind of card she attacks you with a O card will break it.

Well, if you haven't noticed, we posted this 4 months ago. But yeah, you're right about using the 0 cards as well. But I think the person that posted this has already got past Ursula though, just saying.

Just because you don't use potions doesn't mean that this guy shouldn't. For all you know, he probably doesn't have a cure spell in his deck. So potions can be very useful in a fight, especially for boss battles.

anyways if you want to beat ursula the best thing to do is use the mickey card thing

or what i did was keep smashing her with melees (since i only have melees except for cura)
