My pick would be KH1, it's without a doubt the most memorable out of the options for me.

Honorable mention to KHDDD. I would always spend more time leveling Sora, so Riku would be barely be strong enough for each World/Boss. When I got to Ansem I was extremely underpowered and struggled through the first part of the fight. I was too stubborn to go back and grind when I realized there was a part 2 and suffered through attempting to beat the boss underleveled. I left my 3DS on the charger when I got burnt out from my attempts, I eventually beat it but took me way longer than I should've. So that boss would be my second pick for that past struggle

KH, followed by KH3D, followed by KHCoM and lastly KH III. Melody of Memory isn't so much a boss fight.
