I am stuck trying to beat Master Eraqus while being Terra By the way I tried it 40 times 40!!!!!:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'( Does it have to that hard on begginer mode??

Listen to what Eraqus says before he attacks. You'll eventually be able to tell what attack he's going to use just by what he says before it. Then you'll want to figure out how to block/avoid them. I suggest you have the regular sliding dash, since you're invincible during it. And don't use your commands unless you're healing, since all it'll do is trigger Dark Impulse, which is useless in this battle. So listen to what he's saying and either block or dash away from his attack.

 

When he starts doing Sonic Blade, just keep blocking and then use Counter Hammer. If he tries to combo you, do the same thing. If he sends the swords at you, block. However, if they come at you from behind they'll still hit you. If he summons the fire pillars, dash through them, since you won't get hit if you time it right. If he starts shooting beams of light around him, just run in the direction they're turning and you'll avoid getting hit. I think that covers all his moves.

 

Also, for Shotlock, I usually use a Max-level Meteor Shower, since it hits the most and is easy to do the extra damage. Plus, at max-level, it's quite quick to get a full lock-on. Heck, I can beat the final Vanitas battle as Ven with two of them on beginner.

I used...probably less than 10 tries for this fight, cuz I got kinda sick of him shouting "GAYYYY" everytime single M.E. charges to attack me (I play the Jap version haha)

I suggest you go level up, put 2 curagas and Fire Dash/Freeze Raid/Thunder Blitz. Oh and if you can, go get Last Chance and Once More, it's really useful though Once More (Or Last Chance? I'm pretty sure it's Once More) is kinda hard to get. You can get Last Chance by charging 2 Blizzaras and one Power Crystal. Hope it helps XDD

Oh and SLIDE DASH when Master Eraqus uses that dash-slide-charge whatever attack (or for me, I call it the GAY attack). SLIDE DASH is really useful in this battle, since you can use it to dash away from those sword things Master Eraqus shoots out.

This is a glitch I noticed when you fight him. Corner Eraqus to a wall and keep on pressing square and counter attack button will automatically triggure.

I always start any KH game I play on Beginner Mode, just so I can beat it once and get a feel for it as well as find out the story. Then I go back and beat it again on Proud to get the secret ending.

 

Also, what you call the GAY attack is basically Sonic Blade. And while you can Slide Dash to avoid it, you can also block it and Counter Hammer him.

My block skills are really bad, so I usually rely on Slide Dash HAHA;;

Once I tried to block those swords and I got killed XDDD

It's all about timing. As long as the swords are coming straight at you, you can press and hold block and it should work. However, depending on your distance from him, some may get behind you and they can't be blocked,

Also, bring some curas and use End of the Earths keyblade.

If you get the timing and positioning right, you can block the swords You just have to be in a spot where they'll all come straight at you and then hold block as they get close. I've done it several times when fighting him on Proud Mode.

Okay, in the final boss against terranort, you will often have to use block. because blocking will be your best friend in this fight. You can pretty much block and counter-attack on his combos, as well as when he uses those dark lasers. But when it comes to when he summons those meteors, do one of the following. Go to the edge of the stage, and keep pressing the square button (note: this takes perfect timing). or use a shotlock, it will make you imune to them when they try to hit you and give at least some damage to terranort. Keep doing thos strategy and you should be him in no time.
