Me and my friend both got Re coded. I was telling him which parts i got and he said he got completely different parts than me. So my question is does Re coded come with preset parts or is it different for each game?

Yes, you get different parts. There are different parts for different copies of the game.

Yeah, each game has different starting parts. For the Japanese emulator I had, I got Vivi. But for the English one I got Rai. The only ways to get more parts is to either get trophies, or go into Tag mode, in which you need a friend with the game.
