Also, a trailer for Versus and Agito was shown. Someone else can make a thread with it. Agito has a new name and is no longer part of 13. I THINK. Thats what I read, when I watched the live stream it was all in Japanese. But there was a logo for 'Agito' with a new name. So yeah. Just thought I'd post that here too.

unlike other people, FFXIII was my favourite, and i can't wait for the sequel!

As to the agito comment, it is now called ''Final Fantasy Type-0''

you can tell why they took it out of FFXIII, it looks like a very different game

I have high hopes for XIII-2. Square-Enix are listening to fans and putting their input from the feedback of XIII and expanding on XIII's gameplay system, so hopefully it'll turn out well. The other guy in the trailer is apparently Lightnings new rival.

I actually haven't played 13 yet, but I am sure it'll be good. I actually don't get why people say it's bad and all. A sequel to the game is a big move, after the whole x-2 problem and all. But I think the sequel will be worth the wait. I believe it'll be good.

 

I wonder if they'll bring other characters from 13 into the sequel. Unless 13-2 is a prequel.. Lol, I doubt it. But the guy I'n the trailer interests me, I wonder who he can be.

 

Lightnings new clothes look awesome, but she reminds me of Lady Gaga because of the feathered part. Haha.

 

Versus looks amazing, now that a release date of 2012 for japan confirmed all of the fangirls can relax. I can't remember Type-0 release date, if there was one confirmed? But Type-0 looks epic.

I'm pretty meh about this. XIII was a good game, but personally, it didn't appeal to me. So in turn, neither does this. Plus I'm getting really tired of the Lightning hype constantly, but that's neither here nor there.

And alas, Square Enix is on the warpath now.

I hope they bring Sazh, Hope and Snow back in XIII-2 or ill go kill people. Maybe even Vanille and Fang to.

Back on topic: there was a novella written explaining some of the events that happened after XIII. So XIII-2 will be after the novella. I won't post what the novella has in it and all, due to spoilers. Google it if you want to know what happens in it. It's called Episode i.

Also, Lightning's armour looks similar to Odin's. I just realized.

Yeah, but her clothing in the first game shows quite a bit of leg too. Not as much as her armour, but still. A bit of thighs can't hurt anyone. Plus, it could be worse, am I right?
