I know about TVA but i want to know why Namine, Roxas, Xion and Axel are suffering? since namine and roxas are whole with kairi and sora.

I don't know? This is just a total guess but maybe their in the realm of darkness with Ansem the wise and want to get out?

But I don't think Xion is there. Wasn't she a puppet/replica that was supposed to hold Sora's memories? If that's so, she must be with Sora then, or?

Well then, about half of that should have already happened then, though one of them only happened in Data. Data Sora thanked Data Namine. And, if what we suspect/hope is true, Axel should have gotten his heart back and become Lea again.

 

Xion should be simple, especially from what Data Sora knew at the end. As for Roxas, he's going to be tough. He might come out when Sora free's Ven's heart, but Xion will still be gone, unless they somehow re-create her, and Axel would be Lea.

Namine never got the "Thank you" Sora promised her at the end of CoM. Roxas and Axel have forgotten something important. Xion was utterly and completely forgotten.

 

Being reunited with their true selves doesn't mean that everything's all fine and dandy.
