wouldn't if roxas died somehow would there be a second sora because his heartless was destroyed so a second sora would appear right

If Roxas died sometime during Days he would have return to Sora, which he now has.

And Sora's Heartless wasn't really destroyed, actually you play as him at the end of KH1 and during KH Com.

Sora turned into a Heartless, Kairi hugged the Shadow Sora and created a vessel of light or something he could use and then Sora looked normal again while his body, Roxas, was hanging out with the Organization.

No. If Roxas had been destroyed, Sora would never be whole again. His heartless was never destoryed, just given a shell-like body which we played as through the rest of KH1 and all of CoM.

Yes. From that point in KH1, throughout CoM, and up to the end of the 6th day in KH2, Sora was technically a heartless with a body created by Kairi.

Actually, Sora was a heartless till the end of KH2 when Roxas appeared in TWTNW and they merged in the station of awakening, thus making Sora a somebody again

I take that back actually, Sora had a heart, just an artificial body

No, Roxas merged with Sora at the end of the 6th day. But in TWTNW, he came out to test Sora. Then he came out again to speak to Namine before the final boss fights.
