Is it necessary? (minor spoilers)

Posted

Hey guys, as you may or may not know nomura plans to change sora and riku's clothing to their kh2 clother or maybe entirely new clothes because people think it's a remake. A lot of you thought this may have been unnecessary. Well going into a EB-Games store a few days ago there was a poster for 3DS games featuring KHDDD, but they just called it KH and showed S+R in there KH1 clothes.

To someone who doesn't know too much of the series it would look a lot like a remake because it shows nothing new. So I think nomura's idea to change the clothing would be quite necessary. Thoughts?

Maybe I'm just saying this because I'm sick of seeing them in their KH1 attire and the idea of new costumes seems refreshing but...

It is true that when this game was announced it was commonly mistaken for a remake and that could happen a lot considering all we've been seeing in the screenshots, so I agree with Nomura.

Interesting. agreed. I'm tired of their KH clothing, anyway.

kh 2 outfits kick ass kh 1 clothes are old and make me think that sora is still a little kid

Your right Nomura did confirm that at some point in the game we will see Sora and Riku in their Kh2 looks because he didn't want KH:DDD to feel like a remake of Kh1. But KH Re:Coded already has that spot filled in since people seem to think of Re:Coded as a remake of KH1 when it's really not.

if i'm counting correctly, sora's been in 4 of the 6 games that have been released so far (not counting re:'s and final mixes). and of those 4 games, sora spent 3 of those in his kh1 attire, so if you ask me, i'm happy that nomura's gonna change the clothing around. though i would like new attire for sora and riku for the whole game. their kh1 outfits are long overdue for retirement.

He didn't confirm that we WILL see the, just that it's an option being considered.

the belong back in their kh2 clothes theirs no posible reason to be in the old stuff enless the kh1 riku and sora met dialga fell into a time rift and landed in the future

fixed it!

(makes sense right?!)

(makes sence right?!)

Palkia is Space, Dialga is Time.

Anywho, I think it's necessary because as many others have said, they've been in their KH1 outfits way too much. Sora's KH1 outfit is in every game he's playable in, including KH2. It's really tiring seeing that outfit.

they need to get out of the KH1 clothing like Azure said sora has been in his KH1 cloths in every game includeing KH2 (even if it was for a little bit) they need a major wardrobe makeover they should go back to there KH2 clothing that was the best by far (even if it was there second set of clothing) and i am also getting tired of people saying that this is a KH1 remake if they saw the trailer for the game and if the played KH1 they would have notice that Xemnas wasnt in KH1 they just need some common sence
