I'm not sure about the fight between cloud and sephirot but...

1-Riku waking up and finding himself in Hollow Bastion.

2-The fight between cloud and Sephirot.

3-Riku in the Dark Realm.

4-Sora's first encounter with Xemnas

5-Sora's memories of him and Riku at the Destiny Islands.

I think it's like this:

1-After the Sephiroth boss fight.

2-After the final boss i think.

3-Either after Sora gets sucked into the giant ball of darkness or after the Leon boss fight.

4-When you land at the End of the World

5-Happens anytime that the player fights him since its an optional battle.

the Cloud vs. Sephiroth cutscene is only in the Final Mix. (or so i've heard)
