Depends , I go to bed around 11am to 1am. Though lately ive been going to sleep at 11. On a weekend though? I stay up till I pass out since I have no obligations or trade the next day

He goes to bed around 10pm. He says he doesn't mind noise but I just use headphones on my tv anyway mainly for better sound quality.
