Well Aqua's armor was in the castle that never was but after sora & riku defeated Xemnas the castle and the city were destroyed, then...What happened to aqua's keyblade and armor? if they rescue her, how will she get another keyblade and armor?

 

Im thinking the world that never was is yet to appear again, after aqua has to retrieve at least her keyblade.

Nope. Aqua's Armor was in the basement of Radiant Garden's castle.

It wasn't in TCTNW, it was below Ansem's lab in Radiant Garden.

As the other two said, Aqua's armor and Keyblade are not in TWTNW, they are in a secret area in Radient Garden, only accessable by inputting passwords into Ansem's computer.

And I thought radiant Graden became TWTNW. Or Hollow Bastion o.o

Radiant Garden becomes Hollow bastion when the heartless took over the world, and the castle was remodeled by xehanort by adding it mechanical parts, making it half castle half factory

Radient Garden became Hollow Bastion when Maleficent took over and darkness swallowed most of it. Then after it was restored, Tron found it's old name and it became Radient Garden. TWTNW is a world that the Organization 13 created.

It's not TWTNW. It's Radient Garden. You can clearly see it's Ansem's Computer in the vid I posted.
