    I think that Kefka should have been higher on the list, maybe higher than Sephiroth, for one main reason.

     

    Kefka succeeded at his plans. Sephiroth didn't.

    Wow, Bowser outbeat Sephiroth. That was a bit shocking. But Sephy is so AWESOME! It doesn't surpise me that he got into the top 5. I would think though that he'd be in the top 3 but that's just my opinion.

    Kefka was a more awesome villain than Sephiroth, and funnier. Kefka needs to be higher than Sephiroth
