Every video I've uploaded to Youtube since Dark Carnival has either gotten messed up sound or no sound at all!!!! D:<

It's seriously starting to annoy the crap out of me!!!!!

OMG! I ust got an email this morning saying that they deleted a video. GRRR! Idk where it is on my computer! AAGH!!!! This like sux!

youtube doesn't even send me emails when they remove a video! i've had three videos removed so far and i never got an email for it!! D:

even the beta uploader doesn't work!

all i know about the uploaders is that if you randomly lose connection (which uploading videos normally cause) then it'll stop the upload (a.k.a, "An Unknown Error Has Occured").

I hated how when on my old computer, youtube took FOREVER just to upload a short video! D:

..Then I got a new computer and it was all WOOSH!--until my internet went bad. Then it would stop uploading halfway through because usually thats when the internet dropped. BUT, a few months ago we got a new internet connection..box...thingy and now it's all WOOSHAA! *hugs her new internet-thingy* :heart: :heart:

my internet NEVER loses internet connection...

unless it's uploading a video!!! (that include youtube, kh-vids, other websites I've attempted to upload videos to...and probably even here.)

Hey, I just saw this video thingy that said if you sped up your WHOLE AMV a little then you could bypass the tracker thingy...

Gah, IDK how to explain it. It worked for my friend Kailee's video. She explains it in the description. So yeah, her account is MeiannoHimex, and it's the last video she uploaded....a.k.a "ORLY? that'd be great if it worked everytime, but pretty soon youtube staff would try something to stop it...

If you speed up the sound, or alter it in some way, then YouTube will be unable to automatically match the audio with that owned by the record company. However, if your video becomes popular enough and the company requests its removal, then YouTube will take it down.

Well, that sounds like it would work. To bad I'm stuck with Windows Movie Maker. If I sped it up, it would sound kind up dumb:( So, yeah... My only option for future video uploading is here.

this time they've completely removed a video. they don't have the common sense to tell me which one, so now I'm losing my mind wondering which video they removed.

You probably all already know this, but it's due to a copyright claim by Warner Music Group. If any songs owned by the WMG company they are muted, or taken down. I tried posting an AMV I made a while back with a song from Linkin Park; it's owned by them, so it was rejected.

 

No one really knows why, but it's to do with either WMG being idiots and wanting their music all for themselves, or some people believe it's because Google (who owns YouTube now, I think) thought WMG were being too demanding, asking for money for every view every video on YouTube had with one of their songs, ads, etc. So basically Google got annoyed and took down their music.

 

There's a good video on lots of details about this - I'd post the link but I'm not sure if you can do that here...just search "WMG" and it's one of the first options.

Yeah, you can still view it in pretty much all the countries that matter...

 

As a result, your video is blocked everywhere except in these locations:

Me and some people on there were talking about this and were wondering if anyone else has this bug.

I haven't had any problems with UMG, myself. They just disable the video in non-Westernized non-developed countries... which isn't much.

Hmm..well I guess that's better than having it muted D=

 

I don't get why these companies don't see the advantages of their music being used in videos.I mean,it's like FREE promotion.Isn't that like..a good thing?
