BACKGROUND STORY:

 

One side is the country of Amenstri. They are the bad ones. They assassinated King Tentra during his peace speech. Amenstri wanted to go to war, but King Tentra's country [semenstra] did not. King Kaled[Ammenstri] send the assassin then all hell broke loose. Queen Nayru, with her husband dead still refused to go too war. Since some citizen disagreed, they assassinated King Kaled. Now, the other Queen, Din wants even more to go to war. And killed Princess Ruby. Now, Queen Nayru wants to go to war, not only to avenge her husband and daughter, because she doesn't want any more ruthless murders.

Echo smiled she heard Blade. . . but she still felt Itami. . . on her. . .

It was to late now. By the time Blade, and the others showed up. Itami would have taken Echo, and would be done with her.

They might make it before he killed her.

But not before he took her for himself.

Echo felt dirty and exposed. She curled up in a ball. "KILL ME!" She then felt her clothes thrown on her. She put them on. She wanted to die.

Jude opened his eyes, he looked over tot he next cell and saw Echo crying. No. He was here, and she got stolen. Forever. "NOO!" he yelled.

Itami was cackling.

"I love seeing the pain in your eyes."

He cocked back his pistol, and aimed at Jude...

"Who should I kill first? Which would be more tragic?"

He was pondering... if he killed Echo before Judes eyes, then it would be awful. Her virginity taken by a serial killer, then murdered.

But if he shot Jude first, it would amplify Echo's pain. Plus, he may even be able to keep her around.

He had a lot of fun with her just now.

He was fixing to pull the trigger on Jude, but...

Boom.

The ceiling above Itami's head exploded, brilliant rays of sunlight shining in to the basement.

Blade jumped into the hole, tackling Itami on his way down.

Echo didn't look. She wanted the ceiling to fall on her and she could die. Then she felt someone touch her arm, she jumped and looked. It was Ringo and Lulu. Faith and Kylie was getting Jude who was trying to go after Itami. The blood was rushing to his head. . . she though. Ringo then picked her up and then was brought to the ship.

 

Jude pushed down Kylie and Faith and picked up a piece of woods and cut Itami. "THAT ONE IS FOR SARAH!" he yelled. He did it 7 more times in the same spot, deeper each time, all naming the names Lulu mentioned to the other before. Then a 9th one, "That one is for Echo." she then kicked the guy and left. Lulu and Kylie followed.

Blade bent down, picking Itami up from the collar of his shirt.

"Don't think I don't know what you've done. You killed my brother. You killed her family. And then you raped her... you don't deserve to live." with that, Blade threw Itami to the ground again, whipped out his pistol, aimed at Itamis forehead... "I've waited a long time for this..."

Blade pulled back the trigger, the gun fired. And in the same instant, a flash of smoke erupted, filling the room, and when it cleared, Itami was gone once again. A pile of blood where he was sitting, from the wound Jude inflicted, and a hole in the wall, where the bullet WOULD have gone through Itamis brain.

But it didn't.

And Itami was gone.

And Blade couldn't be more firetrucking pissed off.

[in the Hospital Wing, Midnight, Mansion]

Echo was curled up in a ball. The embarrassment. Then she felt weight on her bed, it was Jude. He grabbed her hand and she looked at him. He looked pissed off, and sad. "Echo . .. I'm so sorry. I swore to protect you, and I failed. I-I am a disgrace of a family member. I . . . I deserve to die." Echo punched him o the ground "Don't say that! You were passed out! Your all I have left. .."

Blade was sitting on a bench, right outside Echo's room.

His head was down, his hands grasping his sweaty hair. His elbows on his knees.

He failed to get to her in time.

He failed to kill Itami.

He failed to avenge his family, her family, and herself.

What did he have left?

4 in the morning:

Echo woke up and walked to her room. Her ankle still hurt so she used her sword as a crutch, y the time she made it to her floor, it was 5. She saw Blade asleep and didn't wake him up. Once in her room she went into her bathroom, she started a nice bubble bath, she got clothes, a towel, and candles. Once her bath was filled she stripped and took a nice bubble bath. She had felt dirty for so long, now she was in peace.

 

Jude woke up at 5:30 and went to see Echo. She was gone. So was her sword, then he saw a note. He knew it was her handwriting. He went up to her room, he didn't see Blade and pulled out a key. It was Echo's key to her room. He unlocked the door and he heard her in the bathroom, "Echo, are you alright?"

Echo, rolled her eyes and said "I'm fine. I'm naked so don't come in. I'm taking a bath." she said. He was so protective of her. Especially, now.

Blade had slept long enough. He had trained his body to wake up in a split second. He rose to his feet. Rubbing sweat off his brow, it was hot in this mansion...

He heard voices, and looked over to see a person in shadow beside a door.

Jude sighed, and sat on her bed. "I'll wait right here for, dear." he said in a jokinly way.

Echo bursted out laughing, "This again? I though I was upgraded to Ms. Black!"

Inside jokes were fun.

Blade approached the voices... two of them. Jude? Echo?

"Is everything okay?!" He called out.

At the sound of another's voice Jude jumped up off the bed and pointed Echo's sword. To see Blade had awakened, he put it down and sat on the bed. "Yeah, everything's fine."

"Alright. Just curious." Blade said, sitting down beside where Jude just was.

Jude laid down again, his feet touching the ground because he was so tall. "Echo's just taking a bath. It's what she does when she feels stressed or any negative emotions. She probably had the candles and everything, I wouldn't be surprised after. . ." out of anger he punched the bed next to him, "If I only woken up in time. If . . .UGH!"

He got up. He was too mad to stay laying down, "If I wasn't so damn weak!" he kicked the wall. His temper was getting the best of him.

Blade gently set a hand on his shoulder.

"There was nothing you could have done, Jude. And if anything... be thankful you were unconscious. Otherwise you would have had to witness it. And that's even worse."

Blade sighed. Why did Itami have to be so... so... cruel.

Jude shook his head, "If I was conscious I would have stalled him. So what if he killed me? Better than. .. "he left the words hanging. "You stay here. I'm going to go train."

Blade shool his head, "I shouldn't stay outside her door... I barely know her." Blade said, getting up to follow him, "I'll train with you."

Jude shook his head and went back inside "You train. I'll train when I know she's safe."

Blade sighed, again. "One of us needs to be here at least. Or both... Who needs to train more?"

Jude looked. "You weren't tortured. I'm off my game. Also, if I don't hit things I might destroy this room. Then Echo will kill me."

"Okay. Then it's best if you go train... I'll stay here and wait for her."

Jude nodded then left.

 

Echo was in Blissville. She was thinking of her family, all the good times. . . She got out of the bath and put a towel around her. Knowing that only Jude is out there, she opened the door to get her clothes. She went to her dresser and said, "Jude, you can leave now I don't want you too see me naked."

Blade was reclined on the couch, resting his eyes, but keeping his ears wide awake.

"What was that, Echo?" Blade said, partly asleep.

Echo's eyes widened. She turned and screamed "WHAT THE HELL?! YOU'RE NOT JUDE!" her hand was pressing her towel even harder now.
