BACKGROUND STORY:

 

One side is the country of Amenstri. They are the bad ones. They assassinated King Tentra during his peace speech. Amenstri wanted to go to war, but King Tentra's country [semenstra] did not. King Kaled[Ammenstri] send the assassin then all hell broke loose. Queen Nayru, with her husband dead still refused to go too war. Since some citizen disagreed, they assassinated King Kaled. Now, the other Queen, Din wants even more to go to war. And killed Princess Ruby. Now, Queen Nayru wants to go to war, not only to avenge her husband and daughter, because she doesn't want any more ruthless murders.

Mrs. Flock went over to him. Then, she knew who it was, "GREGORY!" she hugged him to tight. She was kissing him and everything. "Oh my! I've been so worried! My little boy is okay!" she continued to hug and kiss him.

Blade blushed... blood rushing into his cheeks. This was motherly affection?

It had been so long.

Mrs. Flock broke apart, "Your taller than me! I almost forgot! Your about the same height as Sly was last time I saw him! I Greggy-boo!" she hugged and kissed him again.

 

Echo stood in the doorway and saw Mr. Flock, "Hey Mr. Flock, I have a surprise! Come on outside!"

Nate would reckognize that voice anywhere... "Echo? Why didn't you tell us you were coming over, I would have made dinne-" Nate stopped.

He looked behind Echo...

And there was his son.

Echo was smiling, very brightly.

Mrs.Flock turned to look at her husband, her eyes swimming with happy tears and said, "He's back! Our baby! He isn't dead!"

Nate, Blades father, stepped out of the house, and approached his son.

Nate wasn't a man to show tenderly affection. He never hugged anyone. And the only person he kissed was his wife.

So he offered Blade his hand, saying, "It's been a while son."

Echo clapped, "See Blade! I told you!"

 

Mrs.Flock looked at Echo, "Blade?" she asked.

 

Echo nodded, "That's what he asked to be called.. . ."

Mrs.Flock nodded, "I'll go make breakfast!"

Even though it was his own house, he didn't want to enter without being invited to do so...

Mrs. Flock turned, "Come on in now, everyone!" she went into the kitchen.

Nate walked in and it was only Blade and Echo.

Echo smiled, "So, Greggy-boo, let's go!"

"Go where?" Blade asked.

Echo looked at him "Inside." she pushed him inside the door and closed it.

"So, Mr. Flock, whatcha been up too?" Echo asked.

Blade finally got up the gumption to enter the house.

Nothing had changed... it was just the way he left it.

Lulu ran down the stairs, she saw the grandfather clock, 6:55. Echo and Blade were gone, she saw the note. She was still in her night gown, but she had to check her corner. Did she really leave her bow and arrow there?

Blade was in the kitchen now. He heard a buzzing in his ear.

He tapped his right ear, turning on his communicator that he had set up earlier.

'Blade... where are you?' said Aaron over the line.

"What's it matter where I am?" Blade replied.

Lulu ran to her corner, once there she could breath. She did leave them, she jumped up and sat down. Breathing rather fast she smiled, it was okay.

 

Echo was laughing while she was talking to Mr.Flock, "Really? 10 feet by yourself? Wow, Mr. Flock! That Fish must have regretted messing with you!"

'Just curious as to where you are... you surely didn't tell me you were leaving.' Aaron finished, before cancelling the communication.

Blade sighed... leave it to fate to kill a good mood.

Lulu got up and stretched out her body. She then started to walk on the stairs where she bumped into Aaron. . .

Aaron was mumbling under his breath... 'stupidBladeexpectingmetoknoweverything...'

Lulu smiled brightly at Aaron, "Gooooood Morning, Good morning, good morning to you!"she sang a little. She waved at him, too.

Aaron shook his head, and turned to face her...

"What do you want..." he said, grumpily, and frowning.

Lulu frowned, "I was just greeting you. Sorry, I won't bother you." she then walked right past him.

Aaron turned around to rest his hand on Lulu's shoulder...

"Don't go."

Lulu stopped walking, I thought I bothered him. . . . she didn't turn her head, so she was still facing the other way, "I thought I bothered you, why would you want me to stay?" she asked.

"I... I- uh, I'm not sure." Aaron said, his head hung low.

Lulu laughed softly at this and turned to face him smiling, "Okay, I'll take that as an answer. Stay here, I gotta put my bow and arrows away!" she then ran to her room. She opened the door, Kylie was still sleeping, she very quietly put her stuff on her bed and went back to Aaron.
