BACKGROUND STORY:

 

One side is the country of Amenstri. They are the bad ones. They assassinated King Tentra during his peace speech. Amenstri wanted to go to war, but King Tentra's country [semenstra] did not. King Kaled[Ammenstri] send the assassin then all hell broke loose. Queen Nayru, with her husband dead still refused to go too war. Since some citizen disagreed, they assassinated King Kaled. Now, the other Queen, Din wants even more to go to war. And killed Princess Ruby. Now, Queen Nayru wants to go to war, not only to avenge her husband and daughter, because she doesn't want any more ruthless murders.

Faith, realizing it was Blade freaked out and jumped down.

"OHMIAGWDBLADE! I AM SOOOO SORRY! I THOUGHT YOU WERE AN INTRUDER! ECHO TOLD US, IF YOU HEAR SUSPICIOUS NOISES AND YOU KNOW WHERE EVERYONE IS TOO LEAP INTO ACTION WITH NO HESITATION! I THOUGH YOU WERE STILL IN THE LIVING ROOM!" She was examining his wounds. "Okay, Come on. We'll go to Echo, she's in the basement training. Man, I hope I won't get into trouble. First the nurse outfit, now this.!

Blade didn't want to move his left leg. The knife had gone in far enough that the hilt was touching his skin.

That is no fun. He took a deep breath, grabbed the knife, and pulled it out, slowly. Blade was running down his leg, dripping onto the ground...

"How strong are you Faith?" Blade said, gasping for air...

"Because you might have to carry me there..." Blade fell to the ground, unconscious.

Faith freaked out at first and Picked him up "Idiot. YOU NEVER TAKE IT OUT!" she yelled. She jogged Blade to Echo. . .

 

Echo had her blindfold on and was guessing the wooden people's next move. . . then "ECHO!".

Echo took off her blindfold and stopped the course. Faith had blood all over her. It wasn't hers though. . .

Blade was breathing fast and heavy. His skin was pale... to much blood had been lost.

Echo ran over "What happened?!" Faith then explained to her what happened. "Okay, let's take him to the Hosptial Wng. I'll heal him up. Help me bring him."

Blade was sort of coming to. But his eyes were hazy. He didn't see straight... everything was fuzzy.

He was unconscious again, but now he was having dreams, so maybe he was just asleep...

He tried to wake up. He couldn't. Nope, still unconscious. Idiot... all this trouble, and it was only an ACCIDENT?

Echo healed his arm wound in no time at all. She stopped the bleeding on the other one.

Blades eyes fluttered open. He heard a 'beep beep beep'. He felt sticky... probably all the sensors attached to him. Blood pressure. Heart rate. etc.

He felt a breeze... he looked under the cover...

He was naked. The only things on his body were the white bandages with light pink stains from his blood.

"Ahhh!" He yelped. And then he blushed.

He put the cover back on himself. And then he looked around. The only person in the room was Echo. And she was bending over, getting into a cabinet.

"Nnngh..." Blade groaned... he brought his knees up, so that cover formed an arch over his waist.

He doubted it would go over well if Echo saw the large bump in the blanket.

Echo stood up "Man, Faith is getting stronger. .. " she said to herself. She turned around and screamed. "Dammit! You could have told me you were up!

"Hmmph." Blade said, confident he could put his knees down now.

"Whatever. Faith needs to look before she leaps."

Echo looked at him "She did what I would have done. You should have told someone, then they would be on lookout. That's what we do here. Even in the basement, I almost killed Faith earlier. Everything here is cautious. By the way, get some clothes on. Need anything, just call me I'll leave you to get your clothes on." Echo was just about to leave.

Blade wasn't sure if Echo noticed how furiously he was blushing. Blade wasn't supposed to blush... Blade was Blade. And Blade wasn't a guy who blushes.

Echo looked at him her eyes narrowed "Why is your face red? Do I need to re-bandage anything? Sometimes I do it too tight so I have too. Usually my patients are awake.

"The bandages are fine. I just, slept on the sides of my face." Blade said, making the best excuse that he could.

Echo looked at him skeptically "Okay. Well, I'll wait outside, just holler when you're done I need to get your dinner, anyway."

Blade nodded, waited for her to leave, and then got out from underneath the cover.

He found that his clothes had been washed, and the blood was gone. Although the holes were still there.

He put it all on, and then called out Echos name.

Echo came back with his dinner, "Faith washed your clothes for you. She's out buying you new one with her money. . ." she gave him his food. "Need anything else?" she asked.

"I need my knives back. And my gun..." Blade said. Finding that they were missing.

Echo nodded and took them outta her pocket, "Here." she said. She then started to walk out, although, her being her did something stupid she tripped over a wire and fell.

Blade stifled a laugh. "You okay? I would help you, but you got me rigged up to all this junk."

Echo, got up. The mirror on the fall revealed that she was blushing. But she doesn't blush. "I'm FINE! And I wouldn't ask a perv like you too even touch me." she then walked out, without falling and her pride meter filled.

"Perv like me?" thats it.... Blade ripped the suction cups that rigged his body to the machine right off, and stormed out after her.

"Who the hell do you think you are?" he challenged.

"On the battlefield, I'll follow your orders, but dont think for a SECOND that you're the boss of me anyplace else!"

Echo turned, to face him. "ARE YOU STUPID?! GO BACK TO THE BED, NOW!" then she walked towards him "IN CASE you haven't NOTICED, you're not the captain or whatever you were in the war anymore. Right now, I'm the leader only in front the the Queen am I not calling the shots! Okay? Now GO BEFORE YOU RE-OPEN THE WOUNDS!"

Blade shook his head. "No. I'll be fine. I'm a quick healer, always have been."

He went back to eat his food. And then walked into the living room. He flopped down onto the couch. He had taken his shirt off, it was to hot in this house. He was looking at the bandages...

Echo was a good medic, he gave her that.

Blade didn't fall in love.

Echo sighed, angry went to pick up the hospital wing. When done, in the doorway was Jude. "What?" I asked him.

He just smiled and walked away. "I HATE IT WHEN YOU DO THAT YOU KNOW!" I yelled after him.

I then went into the living room, looking for Jude. There he was, "What?" I asked him again.

Again, Jude jsut smiled and looked at me "Don't know what you're talking about!"

I rolled my eyes and walked out "I'll be training." she said.
