Dose anyone else agree that Sora needs a battle stance because his normal one is...well,a little dumb.

heck no he looks awesome like his gonna fudgin jump your @ss xD so yeah i say no i like his battle stance :3 (no homo)

Sora's battle stance is perfect. It goes perfectly with Sora's nature, which is defending people, and matches really well with Kingdom Keys ability, Defender.

You know why? Because Sora has a defensive stance. In real life, his stance limits combat flexibility but makes defense considerably smoother. Basically a 'Guard and Counter' style.

As an added note, Riku has an aggressive stance that lacks defense, Terra's stance is suitably rock life, ready to hard, and held low for long powerful swings. Ventus has an open stance so he can run more easily. Honestly Aqua and Mickey don't really have stances, but this is probably because they rely on magic (And the fact that Mickeys combat style is basically flying)

Xehanort and Vanitas both have variations of Rikus stance.

There's a lot more thought put in battle stances than you give credit for.
