history: in charge of the galatic fedaration council on planet turo did she and the council sentanced doctor jumba jookiba and his newest, latest expriment 626 (namely stitch) to both prison for him and exile for his experiment.

 

in birth by sleep, she acompanies the warrent officer in charge of 626's banishment, captain gantu to their destanation while gantu showed her a stoaway they recently just caught onboard their ship (namely terra) only to be attacked by mysterious and strange blue looking creatures (namely the unversed) as gantu lead her to safety while holding off the enemy aliens.

 

later on she meets another stoaway who called herself aqua who was brought to her by gantu that claimed her half key half sword look alike weapon (namely the keyblade) was the only thing that could harm the enemy aliens as she wanted to help those onboard the space ship and eliminate the enemy aliens at the same time to which the grand council woman agreed and had allowed aqua to temporaily replace gantu in charge of eliminating the enemy aliens (which gantu was not pleased about) on the condition that aqua assist in capturing dr jumba and expriment 626 who had somehow managed to escape earlier on with aqua agreeing.

 

Finally the grand council woman was last seen stopping gantu after he disobeyed her orders of bringing dr jumba and expriment 626 in alive and attacking aqua at the same time nonetheless after the grand council woman had seen every on the monitiors elsewhere as she stripped gantu of his rank and sent on him duty patrol again and then afterwards agreed with aqua that she would lessen expriment 626's banishment if he were to behave himself after aqua had desperatly begged her to since she (aqua) believed there was good in expriment 626 and after seeing this determination to save an "evil" alien did the grand council woman finally give in.

After 626's escape, she orders Jumba to discreetly aprehend the creature, with the assistance of Agent Pleakley.

 

In "Birth by Sleep", Deep Space: The Grand Councilwoman made her first appearance in Terra's story. Captain Gantu, the warrant officer overseeing Experiment 626, informs her that a stowaway had been captured and escorted her to the holding cells. Upon arrival, the pair were attacked by Unversed. They manage to escape, leaving Terra behind to fight.

 

Later she meets another stowaway, Aqua, who is once again brought forth by Captain Gantu. Aqua informs the Coucilwoman that the weapon she is carrying (the Keyblade) is the only weapon capable of defeating the monsters roaming her cruiser's halls. The Grand Councilwoman therefore assigns Aqua to eliminating the hostile creatures, much to Gantu's dismay, on the condition that she also assists in the capture of Doctor Jumba Jookita and Experiment 626, who had escaped their captivity. Aqua agreed to her request.

 

Finally, at the end of Aqua's time in Deep Space, the Councilwoman stopped Gantu, who had attacked not only Experiment 626 but aqua as well. Having violated direct orders, the Grand Councilwoman stripped Gantu of his rank and sent him on patrol duty. Aqua pleaded that Experiment 626 be spared, on the grounds that it was trying to make friends. The Coucilwoman then decided that if Experiment 626 "behaved himself", his sentence would be lessened.

 

How's that?

Quite good but needs to be rewritten to fit the format of other characters.

For example. Grand councilwoman has appeared in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep etc....
