Since I haven't played the PS2 KH games, does the sky change during the day? Twilight town is never dark.

The sky doesn't change during the day. Tere is always a sunset at Twilight Town.

If you mean," Do the sky and the weather change during visits in the KH PS2 games?" then the answer is no. The sky and the weather probably do change, but not so the players can see it. Destiny Island is the only world we've seen during different times of the day. We've seen day, sunset and night.

There is day and night in Twilight Town, we just never sees it.

The sky and the weather never changes during any of the KH games, at least not during visits, sometimes during cutscenes like Destiny Island.

We don't see it being day in Port Royal or Beast's Castle. Does that mean the sun never comes up in those two worlds? No. We just never sees it. Same thing goes for Twilight Town.
