Okay, I know what you're all saying "Naughty Dog will not be making a Jak 4"! Well you may be right but it would not make any sense for them to end the Jak series. Sony (PlayStation) owes a lot of their success to three franchises. Those three franchises are Jak and Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, and Sly Cooper. All three of these games sold millions, millions of copy's for Sony. And at the time, these games had some of the best graphics for a video game. The graphics were mind blowing. Insomniac games and Sucker Punch plans to make sequels to Ratchet & Clank, and Sly Cooper. But what about Jak and Daxter? Right now, Naughty Dog's main concern is Uncarted 3. Uncharted has sold greatly just like these other series. But it just dosen't give you that classic feeling like Jak, Ratchet, and Sly games do. The most recent Jak and Daxter game is the Lost Frointer. And let me tell you, that game was god awfull. The missions were short, the enviornment was small, the game was overall short, the graphics were not as good as the original PS2 titles, and it has almost none of the features from the original Jak games. To be honest with you, half of the game takes place on a pirate ship. If Naughty Dog is going to throw one of there most successfull series in the trash then they must be crazy.

 

Imagine a new Jak game came out on the PS3 with HD graphics, hardcore platforming, intense battles, difficult missions, all the Gun mods from Jak 3 and new ones, new characters, and an online mode. I think a Jak 4 game for PS3 can really earn a lot of money for Sony and Naughty Dog and sell millions of copy's worldwide. I'm sure there are plenty of Jak and Daxter fans that would love to see the series continue. So what do you think? Should they make a Jak 4 or not?

 

They should also remake the whole entire Jak and Daxter series for PS3.

I say make Jak and Daxter collection and see if there's still good fan base like wha tthey did with sly.Naughty Dog didn't make the lost frontier.The Uncharted series is more liked by fans and critics than Jak series was.I love Jak and Uncharted series but i can't see Uncharted stoping it's sony's best ps3 series but if they opened another studio they could work on both.Which would be great.

I played all of em and i like Jak3 the most

Jak 4? Yes please! I mean, i'm just starting to replay them in order, and dad's beaten all three (Lost frontier dont count) He's waiting for Jak 4 too. He waits "patiently" by killing Helghasts in Killzone 2.

But then, i'm confused how gameplay drastically changed from the 1st game to Jak 2. I mean, first you're running around wacking Lurkers, then you're running around with guns and shooting people. Also, can someone tell me what yellow eco does again? I forgot.

It would be the shit to play jak 4 bringing back the first game. Like the island where his from then the city and all of that shit, the precursors come back and tell jak to save the world one last time with all new powers it would be great to see him go back to his village and then to the desert where his dad was go to all the three places to do different missions
