NTSC to PAL converter HELP

i know nothing of this but i want to do it so i can play kingdom hearts re com and i wouldnt mind getting kingdom hearts 2 final mix + i need help i have a PAL ps2 duh so i live in Australia i have heard of this that allow you to convert to PAL but thats about it i need help any help at all would be great
