So, I haven't played it myself, but I've watched the entire game playthrough of it on YouTube, and I have to admit, that game, is the scariest that I've ever seen! As I've already said, I wasn't playing it for myself, and I was scared to the point that I'd hide from my computer.

 

What makes it so scary is that you CANNOT harm your enemies, but they CAN harm you. The only things that you can carry around with you is: a lantern, a rock (to use as a distraction), materials that you need to accomplish a puzzle, and some small objects that you carry around on your person (like tinderboxes, laudanum, and other things.)

 

But Amnesia: The Dark Descent is a computer game that came out in 2010.

 

So have you played it? If you have, were you afraid while playing? And what do you think of the game?

 

If you haven't, is this maybe a game that you'd be interested in getting? (I'd get it, buuuut my computer is so stupid that it doesn't even have a CD-Rom.)

Yeah, the: Good end, Bad end and....crap I forgot the final way.....Oh yeah, the normal end.

 

But there's also an expansion pack for this game: Amnesia: The Dark Descent - Justine. It's not that long, from what I've seen of playthroughs, which has been only one, and it hasn't been updated in a long while. But I will include the first part of the walkthrough that I've seen.

 

 

But this game seriously is freaky! It wouldn't be so bad if if were like any other game where you can have a gun or a knife and go up to your enemies and kill them, but thankfully, the creators of this game made it the way it is. And it's honestly the only game that I've heard of where you can't do anything in the game but: explore, run, hide, collect things and hope you don't die.

It's not that I'm afraid to get the game, but it's the fact that my laptop is REALLY gay! It's a little Acer Notebook and it doesn't have a CD-Rom! So the only way to get the game is to directly download it to my computer. However I'm an honest person, so I'll wait until I have a computer that has a CD-Rom. But I actually found the game at Wal-Mart the other day and I just stood there in shame as I put it away: Why is my computer so lame?
