Cold Walls

As I walk around, people are cold. I rush into the room, try to pay the most attention to my elders. Few in the room actually thought as me.

As it gets harder and harder to pay attention, I notice how cold hearted people are.

As when people call others cool, I'm not sure if it's because they want to be those people, or if they are criticizing them.

It gets colder and colder to be warm. People no longer respect you when you try to be a better person.

They want me to risk myself, they want me to be like them. Except if I take too long, the ice that represents me in them will freeze. They will always think of me the same way.

Some think by being warm, the ice can be melted. I honestly doubt it.

I'd like to know why others think it's so nice to be cold. Those are the exact people, who, in the future, won't be able to melt. The ice that represents them will freeze, and people will think of them the exact same way. Maybe then, they will realize how being warm cannot melt the ice.

Very poetic.

It has a nice theme and a life message. It's really quite good.
