Will Pokemon Grey come out before the remakes like GEN IV

Well its not like its coming out now. The DS is pretty much dead anyways. I do feel you though the 3DS is expensive, but thats what Christmas is for.

Trust me, its hard to have a good Christmas when you have a sister in an expensive grad school.

Granted, yes, the DS is pretty dead. But that doesn't mean the 3DS won't play it. It doesn't mean all of us are turning in our DS to get a 3DS (okay, maybe a lot of us are, but not everyone everywhere) - so making another Pokemon game for 'just' the DS isn't a bad idea so long as it'll still play on a normal DS and a 3DS.

 

But Pokemon for 3DS: Why?

 

Pokemon has always been such a simple game that it didn't, and still doesn't, actually require the 3D element. Yeah, we have some slight 3D going on with the newer games so the trees and houses angle accordingly as we walk along. Do we need it? Nah. If we had Pokemon on a 3DS, what are we really going to do with it? Turn the 3D slider bar all the way down so we can play in 'flat' 2D mode again?

 

Personally, I've always rathered they'd push toward game length rather than special effects. It's a very simple game, beautifying it doesn't change its core aspects and I want the core game to simply last longer. I liked Gold and Silver. I could finish with Johto and go back into Kanto. Those were the days! I want to see more games like. I want them to officially combine the regions so travel can take place. If bumping up to a 3DS cartridge, not for the effects, but for the space, can allow them to do that: yesplz.

 

Do I want a R/S/E remake? Personally? No. Would I get it? Oh yes. The day it comes out. I'm just not a major fan of that generation. *shrug* A brand new game or a remake of an old one. Doesn't matter to me~~

Lol I want a 3DS because I love DS and its going to have amazing games. Honestly Im probably not even going to use 3D because it sucks up battery life and its not really 3D. Also anymore pokemon games that come out next year and after are 3DS. People who buy it just for 3D are idiots. Even though the first time I played pokemon it was Red, R/S had came out that year so Im all for an R/S/E remake.

Pokemon started with me when i was about 8, My first game? Ruby BRENDAN HAS WHITE HAIR! But i found out it was a hat :C and may was annoying, but WAAAAAAALLLLLLLYYYY!!!!!! I MISS WALLY!!! THEY NEED TO GIVE HIM HIS OWN BATTLE THEME!!!

I don't see Hoenn remakes as a necessity, b/c we can still access all regions and trade/transfer between them. It's not like Kanto and Johto, which were unavailable in Gen 3 at first. It would be a great game (I loved Hoenn's story), but unneccessary.

 

Also, by the logic shown by LG/FR and HG/SS, one would say that the next Gen shout have a D/P/Pt remake, which at the moment is totally unnesseccessary. (spelling fail?)

I don't think they need to remake every single generation...that's just me though. An R/S/E/ remake..might be good, but I wouldn't get it.

I hope so. RSE is my favourite generation.

That would be completely pointless, imo. Kanto has already been remade twice, no need for a third time.

I wouldn't mind Pokemon:yellow being remade.I would like to see them have game where you can go to all regions and to can pick which one to start at and get all the badges but that would never happen.
