The items revealed include the return of elemental shields from Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles. The lightning shield, fire shield and bubble shield item boxes were both found in the demo assets, along with images of how they look in-game. The Spike Wisp and Rocket Wisp powers from Sonic Colours also make a comeback. As for the Chaos Emeralds, they too appear to be an item, which suggests Classic and Modern Sonic’s Super forms will be playable in the game’s various stages.

It is unofficial if this game is coming to PlaystaionVita and Computer, but there have been reports on Sony's Vita launch line-up and leaked on Segas earning reports, but that could have been an error.

Getting the 3DS version (along with my DS). Ill have to play the other version some other way... hopefully...

My dad has a PS3 and Im getting a 3DS and Vita (not at same time) so Ill be getting all versions. I cant wait to see what the 3DS list of stages, bosses and characters are.

Well you don't have to worry. It'snot using Colours engine, per-say, it's using a new engine build for the PS360 that is based on Colours. If you don't like the Colours gameplay AT ALL, then yeah, go with the 3DS version, but if you think you'd like it if they tweaked, fixed up some stuff, you might still like it.

Well it sort of looked like Unleashed for PS3, but I have only tried Classic Sonic so I dont know. They will probably release a demo for modern sonic soon.

That's basically it, the people who played the demo said it was basically a mix of Unleashed and Colours, but more polished.

That's why I'm saying that if you can stand at least some Colours style gameplay, you'll probably be fine.

3DS version has DS Colours, PS360 version has Wii Colours

I liked the DS version, but maybe it was just the gameplot of the Wii version. I guess this game will decide it.
